The Student Learning Innovation Poster Competition is open to active Diploma (D3/D4), Bachelor's (S1), and Master's (S2) students. Participation may be individual or team-based, consisting of 2–5 students with one poster submission per team.
This competition focuses on ideas, experiences, best practices, reflections, solutions, products, prototypes, and learning outcomes that contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning in higher education. Submissions should demonstrate students’ active engagement in creating learning experiences that are relevant, collaborative, technology-enhanced, and impactful for both academic communities and society.

Topics include:

Student Experience in Outcome-Based Education (OBE)
Ethical Use of AI for Student Learning
Active Learning from Student Perspective
Industry and Community-Based Student Projects
Digital Literacy, Numeracy, and AI Literacy for Students
Meaningful Use of LMS and Learning Technology
Student Innovation for Sustainable Learning Impact

Poster requirement:

A1 size (594 × 841 mm)
Portrait orientation
High-resolution PDF or JPG (minimum 300 dpi)
English language

All participants who successfully submit their poster and complete the registration process will receive a Certificate of Participation. All submissions will undergo a review process, and the Top 20 posters will be selected as Poster Finalists.
Selected Poster Finalists will be invited to showcase their posters during the IMPACT-EDU 2026 Main Event through a dedicated Poster Exhibition. Each finalist team is required to assign at least one representative to attend the event and be present at the poster booth to engage with visitors, answer questions, and explain their work throughout the exhibition session.
One outstanding poster will be selected to receive the Best Poster Award, consisting of a certificate and a cash prize.

Poster Exhibition at IMPACT-EDU 2026

Terms & Condition

The competition is open to active D3/D4, Bachelor's (S1), and Master's (S2) students.
Participation may be individual or team-based, consisting of 2–5 students.
Each participant/team may submit only one poster.
Posters must be prepared in English and follow the specified format: A1 size (594 × 841 mm), portrait orientation, PDF or JPG format, minimum 300 dpi resolution.
Poster files must be submitted through the designated submission link no later than 10 July 2026.

All submissions will undergo a review and selection process conducted by the reviewers.
Participants who complete the registration and submission process are eligible to receive a Certificate of Participation.
Twenty selected posters will be designated as Poster Finalists and invited to participate in the Poster Exhibition at the IMPACT-EDU 2026 Main Event.
Finalists are required to complete the finalist registration process within the specified registration period.
Each finalist team must appoint at least one representative to attend the Main Event and be present during the Poster Exhibition session.
One outstanding poster will receive the Best Poster Award (Certificate and Cash Prize).
Registration fees are non-refundable.
The decisions of the reviewers and organizing committee are final and binding.
