Teaching & Learning Innovation Showcase is a platform for lecturers and education support staff to showcase innovative teaching and learning practices that have been implemented or are currently being developed. As part of IMPACT-EDU 2026, this program promotes knowledge sharing, collaboration, and the advancement of impactful educational practices in higher education.

Participants are invited to submit an abstract describing their innovation in one of the following areas:

Outcome-Based Education (OBE): OBE implementation, PLO/CLO design, learning outcome assessment, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).
AI in Learning: ethical use of Generative AI, adaptive learning, learning analytics, and personalized learning.
Active Learning Innovation: flipped classroom, problem-based learning, project-based learning, gamification, and collaborative learning.
Industry and Community Collaboration: integration of industry, government, community, and societal partners into learning and curriculum development.
Digital, Numeracy, and AI Literacy: strengthening digital literacy, data literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and responsible AI usage.
LMS and Learning Technology: innovative use of LMS and digital technologies to support interactive, measurable, and meaningful learning experiences.

All participants who successfully submit their work and complete the registration process will receive a Certificate of Participation. Submitted works will be reviewed by a panel of reviewers, and the Top 20 submissions will be selected as Finalists. Finalists will be invited to deliver a 15 minute presentation at the IMPACT-EDU 2026 Main Event on 9 September 2026 and will receive recognition as Top 20 Finalist Presenters. Selected finalists are required to complete a finalist registration process and submit their presentation slides by 4 September 2026 prior to the Main Event. One outstanding presenter will be awarded the IMPACT-EDU Innovation Award (Best Innovation).

Terms & Condition

The program is open to lecturers and education support staff involved in teaching, learning, curriculum development, or academic support activities.
Participants must submit an abstract of their innovation through the designated submission link no later than 10 July 2026.

All submissions will undergo a review and selection process conducted by the organizing committee and reviewers.
Participants who complete the submission and registration process are eligible to receive a Certificate of Participation.
The Top 20 submissions will be selected as Finalists and invited to present their work at the IMPACT-EDU 2026 Main Event.
Finalists are required to complete the finalist registration process within the specified registration period.
Finalists must submit their presentation materials (presentation slides) no later than 4 September 2026.
Each finalist will deliver a 15 minute presentation during the Main Event on 9 September 2026.
One outstanding presenter will be selected to receive the IMPACT-EDU Innovation Award (Best Innovation).
Registration fees are non-refundable.
The decisions of the reviewers and organizing committee are final and binding.
