Scope: Research competition for lecturer with presentation in IMPACT-EDU Main Event. Authors must select ONE of the following four thematic pillars for their submission:
AI for Digital Learning Transformation Focus on applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning in educational technology, digital learning environments, personalized learning paths, and innovative pedagogical approaches.
2. Good Practices in Transnational Education Explore best practices in cross-border education, international collaboration, multicultural learning communities, and sustainable models for transnational higher education.
3. OBE Consistency through Project-Based Learning Investigate how project-based learning methodologies ensure consistent alignment with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles and enhance student learning outcomes.
4. End-to-End OBE Enabled by AI Examine how artificial intelligence can support the entire OBE framework—from curriculum design through assessment and outcome measurement—to improve educational effectiveness.

In-text citations use numbered square brackets [1], [2], etc. A numbered reference list must appear at the end of the paper in IEEE format. Paper Structure Papers should follow this standard academic structure:1. Ttile Clear, concise, and descriptive of the research content.2. Author Name(s) and Affiliation(s) Include institutional affiliation and email contact information.3. Abstract 150-250 words summarizing purpose, methods, key findings, and conclusions.4. Keywords 4-6 keywords separated by commas, relevant to the paper's content.5. Introduction Present background, literature context, research gap, and research objectives.6. Methodology (or Literature Review) Describe research approach, methods, data sources, and analytical frameworks.7. Results/Findings Present research outcomes, data analysis, and major findings with supporting evidence (tables, figures).8. Discussion Interpret findings, compare with existing literature, discuss implications and limitations.9. Conclusion Summarize key findings, state contributions, and suggest directions for future research.10. References All cited sources formatted in IEEE Style. Should include recent publications (at least 50% of references from the last 5 years).
